Welcome to dwarvenkind's Frax Flame. The images on this site were created with a wonderful piece of software, KPT5. It is a collection of plug-in filters for Photo Shop, or in this case, Paint Shop Pro. One of the many filters is called FraxFlame. With some patience, it creates beautiful shapes that often look as if they were painted with light. While I did use a few other programs to "tweak" these images, at the core they are all FraxFlame.
